What is the return policy?

We are unable to accept returns due to the product being made just for you.  However, if an items arrives damaged or is defective we will do our best to work with you.

When will I get my order?

Each product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you.  Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information.  Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making a thoughtful purchasing decision. 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

Washing and General Care Instructions

• Machine Wash:  Use cold water on a Gentle cycle.  Wash with similar colors to prevent color bleeding.
• Avoid Fabric Softeners:  These can affect the fabric's breathability.
• Do Not Bleach:  Avoid using bleach to maintain fabric quality.
• Tumble Dry:  Low heat is recommended if using a dryer.  For best results, Air drying is preferred to maintain shape.
• Ironing:  If needed, iron on a Low setting.  Avoid direct contact with prints or designs.
